Other formats may be provided upon request and subject to agreement.
Our videos are created for marketing and promotional purposes only.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe Checkout.
Payment must be completed before any project work begins.
We do not collect or store payment card details; all payment data is handled by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy.
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the final product.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
You agree to provide accurate information and complete any onboarding forms necessary for us to create your video.
Delays in providing required input may delay delivery of the final product.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information, brand assets, or materials you provide to us do not infringe on third-party rights.
Video delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and complexity.
Final videos will be delivered digitally via email, file-sharing link, or other agreed method.
Once delivered, it is your responsibility to download and store the video.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered video for your marketing and promotional purposes.
If you purchased a non-branded video, you receive full usage rights without our watermark.
If you purchased a branded video (with watermark), our brand mark will remain on the video, and we may display it in our own marketing or portfolio.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our videos without written permission.
You agree not to use our videos for:
Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Content related to adult entertainment, hate speech, violence, or controlled substances.
Any campaigns that violate advertising laws or platform policies.
Skid Marketers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
